Parliament’s Regulation 2016/679 / EU on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of
personal data and on the free movement of such data, FRIGORIFER SA, as data controller, is the main
responsible for all personal data that you provide to us in the Frigorifer.ro website
The personal data you provide to us are stored / saved electronically on the subscriber’s server and are
protected against unauthorized access, respecting the legal provisions.
We inform you that under Regulation 2016/679 / EU you have a number of rights, including: the right to
data portability, the right to object, the right to rectification, the right to delete the data, the right to
restrict the processing & to complain to the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing
if you believe that we have violated any rights under Regulation 2016/679 / EU.
