Frigorifer packs frozen fish under Del Mare and Acqua Blue brands.
Del Mare contains 3 versions:
- Del Mare, whole and HGT & tail-off fish (sprat, mackerel, hake, saithe, grenadier and whiting);
- Del Mare deLux, skinless fish fillets (saithe, hake)
- Del Mare Special, sweet water fishes (pike-perch, pangasius, trout)
Acqua Blue is the popular segment and contains whole or HGT & tail-off fish (silver smelt, mackerel, whiting) and fish fillets (Blue Whiting fillets). |
